| What an Awsome Job!!!! |
Thanks for
the nice compliment! This was my first try at "detailing out" a scale airplane.
I crashed
the plane about a month after this photo was taken (battery failure), but thanks to your company, I got new parts and
rebuilt it like new.
Your company makes an excellent and affordable
product with excellent customer service. The
cockpit area looks cool, you can see some of the instrument detail along with the brass eye-piece of the gunsight tube.
Thanks,
Curt

| An Electric Albatros DIII |
Hi,
I converted your Albatros DIII kit to electric and it flys great. I want to commend your company on producing such a fine
kit. Attached, you will find a couple pictures. Feel free to use them in your customer gallery.
Here is a link to the build thread on RCGroups.

Cook, His new Albatros DIII. Fine job Dallas!
I’ve enclosed several pictures of the Albatros DIII built
from your kit. The plane is finished in the pattern of
Kurt Westoff’s D III of Jasta 4, during the summer of 1917.
The fuselage is done in balsa squares, stained once, and then covered with ¾ oz. fiberglass cloth and Z-Poxy finishing
resin. The wings, tail, and insignias are laytex house paint over “natural” colored fabric. Finally,
the whole plane was sprayed with Top-Flites flat clear for a nice dull finish. The plane is powered by a Saito 100 swinging a 15/6 prop, although a .91 four stroke, as called for in
the plans, would work just fine. Your Albatros D III
is a great flying airplane, and a real crowd pleaser at the field. Dallas Cook
